+ can set up private Google domain for students/staff at your school
- Google is blocked in China

+ allows students and teachers to comment on each others' postings
- cannot upload your own artwork

Used to store files on a remote “cloud” server + Microsoft server is very reliable and would be extremely unlikely to crash
+ eliminates on-site server upkeep and purchasing costs
- there is an annual hosting fee, which is fairly expensive
